Drepung Losel Ling Meditation & Science Center organized a one-work maker workshop leading by Dr. Bryce Johnson with 70 monk school students from the Losel Ling School and 20 nuns from Jangchup Choeling Nunnery. The hands-on workshop used the maker space at the Losel Ling Meditation and Science Center that allowed each participant to build small projects that explore different physical phenomena. The participants learned and explored science through making small devices such as speakers, rockets, cars, vacuum cleaner, and helicopters, and other models they imagined and made with simple materials.
